Within the framework of the 2020 Income Campaign carried out in Spain, the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) will send a total of 14,600 notices to taxpayers who have operated with cryptocurrencies and 961,000 notices to income recipients abroad. This was indicated on the Bolsamanía portal.

In addition, according to that publication, the director of the AEAT, Jesús Gascón, affirmed that the number of notices about cryptocurrencies is “very similar” to what was made two years ago. However, they clarified that notices related to income abroad are decreasing.
