Atari’s shoes, according to the press release, can be used both in the real world, and within virtual reality, in metaverses like Decentraland, where Atari has a casino, The Sandbox, and the upcoming entertainment platform Atari. Metaverse.
The Atari and RTFKT Studios shoes can be tried on the avatars of any of the aforementioned metaverses, through the Snapchat social network, or the application to create augmented reality MetaverseMe App, before being purchased.
These NFT releases within the world of fashion are reminiscent of wearables, used mostly in Decentraland, only this time they come from popular clothing brands, and some can also be used in real life.
Lately NFTs are venturing into areas other than art, which is where they have had the greatest development, having a presence in the area of patents as reported by CriptoNoticias, in literature and gastronomy, copyright, and now also in the world of fashion.
