A furious woman covered an entire town in posters to rage against her cheating partner.

The signs, which depict a love heart tied in a noose, appeared all over Warwick as a scorned woman called Linda took aim at adulterous Graham.

The laminated posters say she has thrown the keys to his Mercedes in a canal, changed the locks and maxed out his credit cards.

In a barbed comment about Graham’s mistress, the posters say: "If she is so good in bed you can stay there!"

The signs give real-life meaning to the saying ‘hell hath no fury like a woman scorned’.

Mark Hebert spotted the signs and posted images on Facebook, saying: "Posters all over Warwick. Naughty Graham."

This sparked a debate about the rights and wrongs of Mark and Linda’s tricky situation.

Pauline Devlin simply wrote: "Good on ya Linda."

But Richard Consoli said: "Too many stereotypes sometimes. If someone maxes the credit card, throws keys in the canal, I don’t see that as a very mature way of dealing with relationship probs."

Twitter user @HelenJaneWyatt, who saw one of the posters, said: "Looks like Graham has been busted and the whole of Warwick know about it. Damn right too."

And @The_IGR added: "Looks like Graham from #Warwick has been a naughty boy."

StevoBee posted another image of a poster, writing: "Appearing all round Warwick on lampposts. Graham might be regretting his little fling!"

Andrew Robins said: "Saw these all over Warwick today. I think Graham might be in trouble #naughtyboy #womanscorned"

The posters appear to have been professionally printed, with a link to the website of a design company called Throwing Rocks at the bottom of each one.
